Welcome Week is your short pre-program orientation. It is there to welcome you, show you how everything works and help you feel clear and ready before the four-week program officially begins.

You will:

  • See what is coming over the four weeks
  • Choose the implementation pathway that suits you
  • Set up your Progress Card
  • Capture your first quick win
  • Begin noticing the repeat family admin currently sitting with you

There is nothing big to complete and nothing to organise yet.

Simply work through Welcome Week before 17 August, then you will be ready to begin Week 1 with the rest of the founding members.

From 17 August, we will move through the program together, one lesson, one resource and one task at a time.

H: Handpick the Right Task
Choose one suitable repeat family admin task that will create meaningful relief.

A: Appoint the Right Home VA
Define the role, find suitable candidates and choose confidently through a small paid trial.

N: Nail the Handover
Create a clear, reusable brief and complete your first controlled handover.

D: Develop Trust. Delegate More.
Review the result, improve the brief and build the confidence to hand over the next task.

By the end, you will not just know what a Home VA could do. You will have taken the practical steps to begin using one.
